My dear Risley,
We have had a telegram from China saying
that the Governor of Hong Kong has suggested that
the proposed amending China Companies Order in
Council should embody the Hong Kong Ordinance of 1917
relating to Fire and Marine Insurance Companies,
Would you be so kind as to let me have a copy of the ordinance in question and your views upon the pro- posal contained in the telegram?
